Acura is way behind in the center-stack technology. Where's Android Auto integration? Voice commands that are fixed to static commands is so 2000s. Center stack is very slow to respond as well.

The infotainment and center-stack controls are dated and slow to respond. No integration with Android Auto. Controls on the steering wheel are frequently accidentally triggered (volume, track forward/back) when turning. Sound system is very good, however. Very balanced, pleasing to technical and more sophisticated listening.

Very disappointed that surround sound is not available—DVD Audio.

Bring back the DVD Audio 5.1 surround sound. Make ventilated seats an option on all MDX models, not just the most expensive.

Very reliable and powerful. It's my fifth one. Great experience. Very easy process.

The voice recognition feature is horrible. It usually has a difficult time interpreting what I am saying. It's very frustrating. I used to own an Infinity JX35 and had 360 degree cameras on it. I really miss those. I also had a heated steering wheel, which was part of a standard package. I was surprised it didn't come with one of the packages on my car, considering it's fully loaded. I didn't feel like paying the extra $600 Acura wanted to charge me for a heated steering wheel.
