The RS 3 is the most affordable ticket to the elite Audi RS club, known for its powerful and driver-focused models. It is built in one trim level, a four-door sedan with all-wheel drive, and starts at a base price of $62,300 before the destination fee of $1,095.

Standard features for the RS 3 are generous, including a limited-slip differential, 19-inch alloy wheels, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, front and rear parking sensors, automatic LED headlights, fog lights, a power moonroof, memory side mirrors, auto parking assist, leather upholstery, front sport seats, a power driver's seat, tri-zone climate control, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a 10-speaker audio system, a 10.1-inch touchscreen display, in-car Wi-Fi, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a digital gauge cluster.

The 2024 Audi RS 3 has not been crash-tested by either the National Highway Safety Transportation Administration (NHTSA) or the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) due to the significant expenses associated with evaluating high-performance sedans.

Nevertheless, the RS 3 offers an extensive range of safety features, such as forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, automatic headlights, lane-keeping assist, automatic parking assistance, and adaptive cruise control. Furthermore, buyers have the option of including additional safety features such as blind-spot monitoring.

In the realm of small yet powerful autobahn cruisers, the 2024 Audi RS 3 is not without its rivals. Although the BMW M2 boasts more power and better handling, it is constrained by its limited practicality as it is only available as a coupe. Meanwhile, the Mercedes-Benz AMG CLA 45 comes with a more affordable price tag and more luxurious features than the RS 3, but it falls short in terms of the innovative technology that Audi is known for.
