More engine power does not equal to better user experience. 2016 X3 delivers great user experience, like high power engine, even it is a 4 cylinder turbo charge. High engine efficiency is what BMW is, continue with the great job!

Safety & reliability are excellent. Exceptional!

My fuel mileage is not as good as I thought it would be. That is my only disappointment.

Every time I use my navigation system, the Bluetooth fails. I have taken it in twice and the Genius has reinstalled it but it still will fail after I turn the navigation feature off. Hate that. Also, twice I have had warnings signal on the dash that my tires are low but the car is safe to drive up to 50mph but stop slowly. This scares me to death! I have taken the car directly to the dealer and they check the tires and always one tire is low. So, the air it up and send me on my way. I have owned this care since June 13th and have been in the shop twice already. I previously owned at Cadillac CTS and never had this types of problems. I only went to the service center for oil changes or maintenance and am accustomed to a car running good like that. Not sure this BMW is really for me. This is my first one and I will most likely go back to a Cadillac SUV if I continue to have issues and one a month. The key fob has also stopped working. It is 3 months old. I will see if it takes a battery and replace the battery but I would think it should last longer than 3 months. The car is very well built structurally, but not too happy with the some of the electronic features. The computer seems to be very touchy. Thank you for asking for my opinions.

The ony thing I don't care for is the Bluetooth function. It keeps dropping off and not available. very frustrating. Never happened when I owned a Cadillac. This is my first BMW and probably my last. No They are aware of my complaint.

Blind spot warning is too dim in bright sunlight. The intensity should be light sensitive. Blind spot warning should appear in HUD.

Designed well but there are some things that can be better or better integrated. Navigation system can be cumbersome. Voice commands can be better. Blind spot warning could be better integrated into the HUD and lighting intensity on blind spot warning needs to be done differently.

Still needs to work on voice control and HUD could contain more important information.
