Trims and Pricing

The 2025 Artura is available in four trim levels: Standard, Performance, TechLux, and Vision. The four trims — all priced the same — distinguish themselves with special interior themes. The Artura can be had as a coupe or convertible.

Standard

The Standard model ($249,100, or $273,800 for the Spider) comes with auto-leveling LED headlights, heated door mirrors, a black Alcantara interior, black sport seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, black interior accents, paddle shifters, a voice-operated 8-inch touchscreen, a digital gauge cluster with 3D turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, two USB ports, dual-zone climate control, interior map lights, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, two cupholders, and a covered storage bin that doubles as an armrest.

Performance

The Performance offers a black or gray interior trimmed in Nappa leather or Alcantara for a functional appeal. Black or orange accents round out the sporty look.

TechLux

The TechLux, or Technical Luxury trim, aims for refinement with its extended Nappa interior in Mojave Tan or Harrissa Red.

Vision

For the bold, the Vision's cabin features rich Nappa leather and sporty Alcantara in light gray with Flux Green piping.

Options for the Artura include a Bowers & Wilkins 12-speaker audio system, a thermal insulated windshield, a sport exhaust, McLaren Track Telemetry with lap timing and cameras, an Alcantara steering wheel, and as well as memory settings for the seats.

Engine and Performance

The 2025 McLaren Artura has a plug-in hybrid powertrain mounted in the middle of the car to maintain its 42/58 weight distribution between the front and rear of the vehicle. The twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 links to an electric motor. A 7.4-kWh Lithium-ion battery is mounted low in the carbon-fiber frame. It features an onboard charger. Astounding numbers to be sure, but the visceral experience of driving the Artura illustrates its real magic. Three handling modes — Comfort, Sport, and Track — can be toggled at will using the active damping system that quickly adjusts to different roads. Carbon-ceramic brakes with forged aluminum calipers match the Artura's impeccable handling. One of the most advanced braking systems on the market, it features brake pad wear sensors and disc-wiping technology.

Fuel Economy

The 2025 Artura is EPA-rated to achieve 18 mpg combined. Its 11-mile electric range is underwhelming for those wanting to go gas-free, better used for quick bursts of speed rather than daily commuting.

Interior

Despite its glamorous exterior style, the cabin of the McLaren Artura is actually quite functional. Purists will love the uncluttered dashboard and minimalist design, but don't expect the opulence of a Lamborghini Huracan or Porsche 911 Turbo. The Artura keeps things simple with firm Alcantara racing seats that hold up surprisingly well on long trips. Nappa leather is available.

In-cabin stowage is pretty good. No supercar offers great cargo space, and the Artura doesn't deviate there either, providing just 5.2 cubic feet in the front trunk. Meanwhile, the Aston Martin DB11 has nearly twice the real estate (9.5 cubes).

Infotainment and Connectivity

Audio in the Artura is handled by a four-speaker system as standard, which might feel underwhelming given the car’s luxury sports car status.
