With a full redesign in the 2020 model year, the Sentra has more tech, safety, and comfort features than ever all at a competitive price. Its interior is a standout for the category, with upmarket styling and available quilted leather that lend it a premium feel.

Trims and Pricing

The 2020 Nissan Sentra comes in three different trims: S, SV, and SR.

The S trim comes well equipped with features such as a 7” touchscreen, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, remote keyless entry, Bluetooth, and a tire pressure monitoring system equipped as standard.

The SV trim builds upon that of the S offering more premium content. Features such as 16” alloy wheels, Nissan Intelligent Key with push-button start, premium cloth seats, driver lumbar support, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, dual-zone climate control, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 7” advanced Drive-Assist Display, and two additional speakers are standard.

On the SR trim, Nissan offers a more sporty package with more content and styling accents. Added over the SV trim, the SR gains 18” alloy wheels, LED headlights with LED daytime running lights, a dark chrome V-Motion grille, a chrome exhaust finisher, and sport seats with contrast orange stitching.

MSRP pricing for the Nissan Sentra starts around $19,000 for the S trim, around $20,000 for the SV trim, and ultimately around $21,500 for the SR trim.

Engine and Performance

Each Sentra comes equipped with a 2.0L inline 4-cylinder engine producing 149 peak horsepower and 146 pound-feet of torque. The engine is paired to a fuel-efficient Xtronic Continuously Variable Transmission producing EPA estimates of 29 MPG City, 39 MPG highway, and 33 MPG combined.

Interior

For the 2020 model year, the Sentra receives an all-new design inside and out. Featuring a centralized 7” touchscreen, the Sentra keeps you connected with the vehicle’s safety and technology features. From a styling perspective, the Sentra looks more modern than ever with a d-shaped steering wheel and driver-driver focused center console. The wider stance fo the Sentra also means more interior space with over 14 cubic feet of trunk space and also offering 60/40 fold-down seats with a large passthrough.

It nice, looks kind of sporty, it’s just the standard so I’m not expecting much. But the touch screen in the dash is cool

It seems to be shaking. It’s not a smooth ride. I have to take it to the dealer to get that checked out. Could have put a sun roof. 🤷‍♂️ It’s 2020.
